Ossez Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ossez. Below you'll find everything you need to know about order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations. By placing an order on getossez.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Ossez is not liable for carrier-caused delays beyond our estimated windows.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after your confirmation email is received.

If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at contact@getossez.com before reaching out to the carrier directly.


Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur. Common causes include:

  • High order volume during promotions or launches
  • Carrier disruptions or capacity constraints
  • Customs clearance procedures for international orders
  • Operational or warehouse constraints
  • Weather events or natural disasters

If your order is affected by an unusual delay, our team will provide updates whenever possible. Delays do not constitute grounds for automatic cancellation or refund outside of our standard return policy.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Ossez is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment. These fees will be communicated before reshipment is processed.

Address changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters processing. Contact us immediately at contact@getossez.com if a correction is needed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and marked as shipped, Ossez is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management for misdelivered parcels
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
  • Reaching out to us at contact@getossez.com — our team is happy to assist with filing carrier claims where applicable
Ossez is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event of a suspected theft, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting your payment provider if applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that processing has not yet begun. After processing begins, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

To request a change or cancellation, email contact@getossez.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window or after fulfillment has begun are subject to our standard 30-Day Return Policy.
